HOW TO ENTER
Entry fee for each pet is $5.00. All proceeds will go towards the veterinary care of the Haven pups. Once you pay the $5.00 entry fee using the Paypal button below, send an email to yorkiehavenrescue06@yahoo.com with your photo attached. Please include your name, address, pet's name and the name of the costume.
